Asking Help

When you join any of these help channels make sure you follow their rules.

  • Read the channel topic, this topic will help you find your way.
  • Disable public scripts like Mp3 players and away scripts
  • Don't ask to ask a question. Just ask the question and wait for response.
    If you see that there are people already being helped, wait for your turn.
  • Have patience! We're not online all the time, so ask you question and idle a bit.
    Also don't repeat. Ask your question again if you see somebody getting a voice (On most help-channels only helpers get a voice)
  • Don't ask somebody to write an entire script for you. You can ask for examples or other help though.
  • Private messaging Ops or Voices is generally rude behaviour in a help channel.
    Ask permission before you message somebody.
